How do I return an item? & Warranty Disclaimer


Within 30 days of original shipment date and in accordance with our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

  • The customer has 30 calendar days to check their order, confirm that all the parts are accounted for, make sure everything works, etc.  Items being returned must have a return shipment date within 30 days of the date the order was originally dispatched from our warehouse.

    • PASS INSPECTION: After the returned products have passed inspection,  NU Led Lighting will credit the full amount of the unneeded/unused products. Any previously incurred shipping costs will be excluded from reimbursement.
    • FAIL INSPECTION: If an item is damaged or cannot be resold by NU Led Lighting Inc,  then no refund will be given and the customer has to pay the shipping cost to get their product back to him or her within 30 calendar days of NU Led Lighting Inc receiving the items in the warehouse. Items left unattended will be considered abandoned and will be discarded.

After 30 days of original shipment date no refund.


In the event of a product defect or malfunction, NU Led Lighting  Inc will cover the cost of the return shipping. This is only valid during the product’s warranty period stated by Gap Supply Inc. In this case a pre-paid shipping label will be issued to the client via our standard shipping method. Click Here fill out the online warranty form.

  • If the item is faulty, Gap Supply Inc will ship out a replacement at no charge.

  • If the item is not faulty (still works), the client will need to pay for the shipping to get the product back to them.


Non-refundable items or circumstances include and are not limited to:

  • Services and/or labor rendered

  • All Special Orders and/or Customized Products/Orders. This includes any products that are not sold on our website or items that were part of the cut to size program.

  • Products that have had the following done:

    • Rivets have been knocked out on drivers

    • Opened kits with missing or used / installed parts

    • Wires on power units, switches, dimmers or other items that have been cut making connections uneasy or unusable for a future client

    • Damage to the original boxes and packages not created by Gap Supply Inc.

    • Inserts, manuals, instructions for remotes/accessories or other important papers are missing

    • Strip lights/extrusions/covers that have been cut, soldered, and/or perforated

    • Strip lights have had the 3M adhesive tape peeled/exposed

    • Strip lights have been creased or there is damage to the printed circuit board (PCB), led chips, resistors, etc

    • LED Dimmers that have been installed or show any evidence of use.


  • Unneeded item return shipment must be paid for by the customer.

  • Within the warranty period if a product exhibits a defect or malfunction, Gap Supply Inc will cover the cost of the return shipping. Fill out our online Return Formto receive a prepaid shipping label.

  • All shipping labels will be sent to the customer via FedEx Ground unless an alternate method is requested by the customer. If an alternate method is requested, the customer will bear full responsibility for the shipping cost. The shipping label must be made attention to: Restocking Dept.

  • All Returns must be accompanied by a completed RMA (Return  Merchandise Authorization) Form. RMA Forms expire 60 days after original shipment date of said order. Click Here for an RMA Form.

  • Once Gap Supply Inc has received the items, tested them and confirmed that they are in a resellable condition, a credit will be issued.

  • The credit may take up to 10-15 business days to process on the account.

Please note that the LED industry is a fast paced and rapidly expanding industry. LED products are continuously being improved upon in ever shortening manufacturing cycles. LED color and product appearance can change from order to order. NU LED Lighting cannot guarantee to replace the product exactly to match the product you are replacing or matching in product appearance, color, or brightness. In such cases, NU LED Lighting will attempt to repair or replace the defective product. If the product cannot be repaired, the LED Light will be replaced with a new LED Light. The new LED may not match the existing LED since it is new and manufactured in a new batch of LEDs. LED Lights fade over time. While NU LED Lighting will warranty faulty or defective LEDs that flash, flicker, or are not operating, NU LED Lighting will not replace LEDs that have their light output decreased over time or LEDs that have changed in brightness (lumens) color or color temperature (Kelvin). NU LED Lighting will not replace the other functioning LED products so that they will match in color, style and appearance, or brightness.

Warranty For 1 Year:

Unless otherwise noted, all products are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase, select products have extended warranty periods. Warranty is void when products are used in applications that they are not intended for, such as using our LED Puck Lights in exterior applications. A copy of the invoice is required for warranty repairs or replacements. Please call or email to notify us prior to returning items for warranty repair or exchange.
You are responsible for return shipping. All product specifications are subject to change without notice.

Limitation of Liability
NU LED Lighting shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if NU LED Lighting has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
